The HUFT team is reliable and efficient. They welcomed our pet warmly, asked if it was friendly, and made sure it felt comfortable. The grooming room is clean, hygienic, and well maintained. I really liked that they have a camera outside so you can watch your pet enjoying the grooming session. The store has everything you need for your pet, including some unique toys. Sam, Aching, and the entire HUFT team were kind and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
I take Kai to Heads Up For Tails, Sadashivanagar for his spa days all the time and I genuinely love them. The team is so warm and kind with him, you can just tell they really care. I love that I can watch him on the cameras before I pick him up. He’s always being fussed over and loved, which makes me feel so at ease leaving him there. He comes out squeaky clean, happy, and we’ve never had any issues with ticks, fleas or infections here, which I have dealt with at other places before. The space is always clean and well maintained, and honestly Kai is obsessed with the staff. Says everything.
Had a great experience at HUFT Sankey Road. Staff is very courteous and supportive. Ram is very good and provides a wonderful service. Everyone guides to the right product for the puppy. Have been to Sadhashivanagar HUFT as well but I found Sankey road branch comparatively good. Highly recommended store
