1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to both you and the organisation.

2. About the Service

FindWise is an intelligent consumer-decision and comparison platform. We aggregate public information, ratings and reviews and use automated systems (including large-language models) to generate summaries, rankings and recommendations about places, products and topics. The Service is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for: (a) providing accurate, current and complete account information; (b) keeping your password and any sign-in tokens secure; (c) all activity that occurs under your account; and (d) notifying us immediately at support@interestbudsolutions.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or create risk to the Service or other users.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

• scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download data from the Service except as expressly permitted;
• reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise derive source code, models or training data;
• manipulate rankings, ratings, reviews or recommendations, including via fake accounts or bots;
• upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, obscene, or fraudulent content;
• introduce malware, exploit security vulnerabilities, or interfere with the integrity of the Service;
• circumvent rate limits, access controls or paid features;
• use the Service to build a competing product or train a competing model;
• use the Service in violation of applicable export-control or sanctions laws.

6. User content and feedback

If you submit feedback, reviews, suggestions or any other content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of it but grant Interest Bud Solutions a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, publish and display the User Content for the purposes of operating, improving and promoting the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

7. Recommendations and accuracy

Recommendations, rankings and summaries are generated by automated systems from public data and may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. They are not professional advice. Always verify critical details (such as pricing, hours, availability, hygiene certifications, medical or legal information) directly with the business or a qualified professional before relying on them. FindWise is not responsible for decisions you make based on Service output.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, design, text, graphics, the FindWise name and logo, and the overall "look and feel", is owned by Interest Bud Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Third-party services and links

The Service integrates with or links to third-party services (for example, Google Maps Platform, authentication providers, image providers and external websites). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third party.

10. Fees, subscriptions and refunds

Core FindWise features are currently provided free of charge. We may, in future, introduce paid features or subscriptions. Pricing, billing cycle and cancellation terms will be presented at purchase. Refunds, where offered, are governed by our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing or feature availability with reasonable notice.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via findwiseai.com/deleteaccount.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) will continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION OR RECOMMENDATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interest Bud Solutions and its officers, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in such cases the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Interest Bud Solutions and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your use or misuse of the Service, (b) your User Content, or (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or third-party right.

15. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice (e.g. an in-product banner or email). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Interest Bud Solutions regarding the Service. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
