1. Acceptance

By using FindWise you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please discontinue use.

2. The service

FindWise is an intelligent consumer decision and comparison platform. Recommendations are generated by our system from public reviews, ratings and third-party data. They are informational, not professional advice.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must be 13+ to use FindWise.

4. Acceptable use

No scraping, reverse engineering, spamming, manipulation of rankings, or attempts to disrupt the service. No unlawful, harmful or deceptive content.

5. Recommendations

System output may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. Verify critical details (pricing, availability, hygiene, medical, legal) directly with the business before acting.

6. Intellectual property

FindWise, its branding, models and code are owned by Interest Bud Solutions. Business listings and reviews remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Third-party services

We rely on third parties (e.g. Google Maps, data partners). Their terms apply where relevant.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interest Bud Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of FindWise.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Interest Bud Solutions against claims arising from your misuse of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
