Refund & Cancellation

1. Free to use

FindWise's core consumer experience, search, comparisons and saved searches, is free.

2. Paid plans

If you subscribe to a paid plan (e.g. Pro), charges are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor.

3. 7-day refund window

New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the first charge if you have not made substantial use of premium features. Email support@interestbudsolutions.com with your account email.

4. Renewals

Renewal charges are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Annual plans

Annual plans cancelled after the 7-day window are non-refundable but will not auto-renew.

6. Service interruption

If FindWise is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault, we will, on request, credit a pro-rata extension of your subscription.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback, we resolve almost all billing issues within 48 hours.

8. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
