I ordered food from room service, and I was very impressed with the experience. The food was served quickly, arrived hot, and was presented neatly on a trolley. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to Vivek for his outstanding service. He was polite, humble, professional, and always had a warm smile on his face. His friendly attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality. I truly appreciated the excellent food and service.

Visited Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad for my sister-in-law's retirement celebration and had a wonderful experience at Saraswat, their Gujarati fine-dining restaurant. The ambiance was elegant, warm, and perfect for a special family occasion. The traditional Gujarati cuisine was excellent, and the highlight was the unique and beautiful presentation of the dishes. Every course was thoughtfully curated, showcasing authentic flavors with a refined touch. The staff was courteous, attentive, and ensured that everything was served seamlessly throughout the evening. A memorable dining experience that combines authentic Gujarati hospitality, great food, and a sophisticated atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Gujarati cuisine in a fine-dining setting.

My first stay at this hotel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The entire experience exceeded expectations, with every member of staff delivering exceptional customer service, professionalism, and genuine hospitality throughout my visit. A special mention must go to Vakram, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The breakfast served each morning was beyond fantastic, with an excellent variety of fresh and delicious food available every day. What made it even more special was the breakfast team, who were absolutely fabulous throughout my stay. The staff consistently went above and beyond with their service, always attentive, friendly, and eager to help. They created such a welcoming atmosphere each morning and made breakfast a real highlight of the stay. It’s rare to experience such consistently attentive and five-star service across every department of a hotel.
