Visited the workshop for an engine flush and oil change. I was really glad to see that they followed the process exactly as it should be done - letting the engine idle for 10 minutes after adding the engine flush and then allowing the oil to drain out completely. After adding the fresh engine oil, they again took the time to let the engine run properly before adding Ceratec. There was no rush at any stage, and they did a great job overall. I know this is where I’ll be getting my car’s oil changed from now on, and I wouldn’t hesitate to visit them for other service work as well.
