Good, well laid out hospital. Visited only once so cannot say much about the overall quality, but my experience was good and doctor was knowledgeable. Helping staff was caring. Otherwise usual sales pitch was made to take membership etc.
Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I took my dog to Vetic Clinic, Sector Noida, today only for a spa session, expecting basic care and hygiene. Instead, my dog came out bleeding, with a deep cut on his ear. What was most shocking was the complete lack of concern from the staff. They were least bothered initially and tried to dismiss the injury, as if it was insignificant. Only when I insisted did they change their stance and casually claimed that my dog has “infection all over his body,” which felt more like an excuse than a genuine assessment. If my dog truly had an infection, why was he taken for a spa in the first place? And how does an infection explain a fresh deep cut with bleeding? This experience shows gross negligence, poor handling of animals, and an alarming lack of accountability. I trusted them with my pet’s safety, and that trust was completely broken. I would strongly advise pet parents to think twice before leaving their pets here, even for something as basic as grooming or spa services.
