1. Photo aur reality ka gap

Shared bathroom ratio (1:4 max acceptable), 24-hour water, aur geyser working, yeh basics confirm karo.

6. Wi-Fi speed ka proof maango

On-site visit pe speed test karo. 'High-speed Wi-Fi' ka matlab kabhi-kabhi 5 Mbps shared between 30 log hota hai.

7. Late-entry rules

Working professional ho toh entry timing flexibility critical hai. Strict 10pm curfew hai toh likhwa lo, baad mein argument na ho.

Naam ke saath 'PG' search karo Google Maps pe. 30 din ke andar 3+ negative reviews red flag hai.
