Despite being a well-known brand, the person who handled my order took the time to patiently guide me through every step of the process. I had specifically requested that the displayed cake design be customised from blue tones to soft pastel pink shades, and the modification was executed exactly as requested. The cake was delivered within my preferred time slot on the birthday and arrived in perfect condition with zero damage. It was moist, rich, and beautifully balanced in sweetness, with a smooth and flavourful cream cheese filling. An excellent combination of attentive service and exceptional quality.

Loved the cake that I ordered for my parents’ 25th Anniversary. We had ordered a cake with Belgian chocolate and vanilla filling with a cute anniversary theme decor. They have customisable options as well. They also have their in house fleet for delivery and they made sure our cake reached us safe, without any damages.
