I have visited here for my ankle injury and my mother’s knee pain. Both her and I have experienced relief after our program. The main doctor explains the issues really well. The team is very professional and warm. I really appreciate the scheduling experience and follow through when schedules move around. The pricing is on point as well. I recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with this physiotherapy centre. I visited along with my elder sister for treatment of lower back pain and tennis elbow, and we paid nearly ₹9,000 for a 10-day package. First of all, they don’t have any good or experienced physiotherapists. Most of the staff seemed inexperienced and lacked proper knowledge. Despite charging such high fees, we did not see even 1% improvement—both of our pain remained exactly the same throughout the treatment. What was even more frustrating was the lack of involvement from the owner. She came only once to check on us, and that too when our package was about to end. Before that, she didn’t bother to review the progress or consult even once. They rely heavily on less experienced physiotherapists who clearly don’t know how to handle cases properly. Even after repeatedly informing them that there was no improvement, they did not change or adjust the exercises or treatment plan at all. Overall, this was a complete waste of time and money. I am extremely disappointed with the service and would definitely not recommend this centre to anyone. Dont waste your money on this Centre.

Healthkins is a very reliable clinic for physiotherapy. Getting sessions scheduled is simple. The doctors are extremely professional and know their job well. Consultant Madhur dealt with my wrist issue efficiently and guided me with exercises to regain strength. The clinic itself is very clean and hygienic. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs a physiotherapist.
