I had a very positive experience with Dr. Neha Pethani. The consultation was excellent she was attentive, professional, and took the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly. The quality of medical care and overall service from the doctor’s side was truly commendable. However, I would like to gently mention that there was a small issue at the reception regarding the payment process. The situation was a bit confusing and could have been handled more smoothly. While I understand that such things can happen, clearer communication and a more patient approach from the reception staff would greatly improve the overall experience. That said, the medical care itself was outstanding, and I truly appreciate the doctor’s professionalism and approach. I hope the clinic can look into the reception process so that the experience matches the high standard of care provided by the doctor.
