We recently visited Nik Bakers, Punjabi Bagh, and had a really enjoyable experience. This time we ordered the white sauce pasta, veg pizza, hazelnut coffee, and banoffee pudding. The white sauce pasta was creamy and flavorful, with just the right amount of cheese and seasoning (also mushrooms). The veg pizza had a crisp base loaded with fresh toppings, making it light yet satisfying. The hazelnut coffee was smooth, aromatic, and gave a perfect nutty kick – definitely one of the highlights of the meal. To finish, we tried the banoffee pudding, and it was absolutely delicious! The layers of banana, toffee, and cream were rich yet well balanced, making it the perfect sweet ending to our meal. The ambiance of the Punjabi Bagh outlet is cozy and inviting, and the staff was courteous and attentive, which added to the overall experience. Overall, Nik Bakers delivered on taste, service, and vibe. A must-visit if you’re in Punjabi Bagh and craving good food with great desserts. Every single meal is delicious and you can never get disappointed from Nik Bakers!!!!
Yukky morning, barely any sleep, and an entire day full of responsibilities waiting ahead of me. That’s when I realized — why not make the day a little better with a visit to Nik’s? This happened to be my third Nik’s branch after visiting their GK and CP outlets, and honestly, this one instantly became one of my favorites. The moment we arrived, the calm, cozy, and beautifully comforting ambience pulled us right in. The cold breeze flowing through the café mixed perfectly with the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee floating around the space — absolutely irresistible. We started with the Belgian Chocolate Iced Latte, which was smooth, refreshing, and genuinely delicious. But the real star of the day was the Swiss Chocolate Frozen Frappe. That drink completely stole my heart… and nearly froze my brain too haha! Every sip felt like the perfect energetic boost I desperately needed after such little sleep. Out of all three Nik’s branches I’ve visited so far, this one definitely had the best seating experience. The sofas and overall setup were so relaxing and comfortable that, apart from ordering, all I wanted to do was curl up and sleep there peacefully for a while. Me and my partner loved the branch so much that we even ended up doing a small video shoot for them — capturing everything we loved and why we loved it. Because honestly, it’s Nik’s man… you get the taste, the comfort, the vibe, the aesthetic, the warmth — literally everything. It’s one of those rare places where you walk in for coffee but leave with a whole experience. One extra detail that truly stood out was their two cozy private coves designed for family or group seating. Perfect for 7–10 people to sit together, relax, laugh, chill, and enjoy the magic coming straight out of their kitchen. Nik’s, you guys truly have my heart. Definitely one of my favorite café experiences ever 🥰
No offense to the management, but I’ve always been an admirer of this bakery and was genuinely excited to return after a long time. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I don’t think customers mind paying higher prices when the food justifies it, but it feels like the prices have gone up almost threefold while the quality has dropped significantly. ₹400 for a half cup of coffee—and if the portion is going to be that small, at least use a smaller cup so it doesn’t look so poorly presented. I’ve never seen anything like this. Margarita pizza was ok but again not very good. The biscuits had a strange smell, almost like they were made with very cheap oil. If you want to charge premium prices, customers expect premium taste. These days, branding alone doesn’t keep customers. People have options, and if the quality isn’t there, they simply move on. I rarely write such blunt reviews, but sometimes honest criticism is necessary. I truly hope the management takes this seriously and reconsiders the belief that they are still the “No. 1 bakery,” because competition today is stronger than ever.
