Dr Sushma Raavi was empathetic and spent nearly 30 minutes with us explaining different treatment plans and answering any questions we had. We didn’t feel rushed, we were listened to and we found Dr Sushma imparted a great deal of helpful knowledge and expertise. It was easy to get an appointment online. The clinic is easy accessible and the land mark opposite to the temples have made the drive comfortable. Ample paeking has made our visit joyful. Dr Sushma Raavi took her time for thorough examination, she made sure he explained everything, and answered any concerns I had with a pleasant demeanor. Her assistant was similarly excellent. I never felt rushed or ignored and was appreciative of my experience with this provider. I had opted PRP sessions for hair loss treatments. Dr. Sushma is such a caring, compassionate and professional physician --- I never leave the clinic, like I wasn't heard or that my concerns aren't being addressed either in that moment or in the near future. Dr. Sushma does not belittle or minimize the concerns I come to her practice with, no matter how big or small they may be. She advises me using the most holistic and fitting recommendation for my concern, and is very intentional with what she recommends for treatment (or doesn't recommend regardless of the cost). She takes into consideration my lifestyle, age, diet and cultural preferences when recommending procedures and treatments. She is a very warm, respectful and courteous individual who leads his office by example. She has incredible bedside manner, a great listener and is thorough with her care and with educating me asa patient. The staff are wonderful and incredibly efficient as well. I highly recommend Dr. Sushma and her team!
