They were late and no one bothered to inform me. The technician was rude, poked me twice because he couldn't focus, hands were shaky then argued with me. Didn't use gloves and had long grimy nails. Will absolutely never recommend this service to anyone. The absolute worst. Was also smelling strongly of pan masala. Highly unprofessional, rude, egoistic and untrained technician who also boasted that he was doing this for 15 years after he agressively poked and got it wrong. Never use their service.

* Never trust Radcliffe Labs, when I went to the lab to get my report done, the reception staff there told me that if I report from their centre then I will be charged less, later after getting the report done from their centre or whatever it is, I checked in their app and it was showing a lower price, whom should I trust, is this an authentic price or not, it means I have been fooled by Radcliffe Labs and more money has been taken from me, next time I will choose some other lab for the report, please maintain authenticity.
