A Memorable Vietnam Journey with Flamingo Transworld & our tour manager Jinal Parekh A Huge Shout-out to Flamingo Transworld! We would like to begin by praising Flamingo Transworld for the overall wonderful tour arrangements for our recent trip to Vietnam (last week of Feb 2026). The planning was comprehensive, the itinerary was well-thought-out, and the entire coordination from India was handled with great professionalism. It was a truly memorable experience. Our Exceptional Tour Manager: Jinal Parekh The heart of our trip was undoubtedly our tour manager, Jinal Parekh. Traveling with a group that included many senior citizens, we were amazed by Jinal’s approach. She was never bossy, rude, or rigid. Instead, she managed everything smoothly and quietly behind the scenes. She never stood apart as a different entity; she felt like one of us, a part of our own travel family. Flexibility & Comfort First We were never forced to follow a suffocating schedule. Jinal always took our comfort into consideration, making minor, thoughtful changes to the plans to suit the group’s energy levels. Her "airport-to-airport" service was flawless, and she fulfilled even the smallest personal wishes with a smile. We have all reached home safely without a single hitch. Excellent Dining A special mention goes to the catering—very good Veg and Non-Veg food was provided consistently and on time throughout the trip. It was a relief to have such high-quality meals that catered to everyone’s dietary preferences so well. Feedback on Accommodations While the service and food were top-notch, we feel it is important to mention that the hotels at Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City were not up to the standard we expected. The rooms were too tiny and felt suffocating, which was a bit of a struggle, especially for the seniors in our group. We hope Flamingo looks into better room standards for these locations in the future. Also, the time at Hoi Chi Minh City could have been better utilised by planning a better itinerary for this place. Final Verdict Despite the hotel issues and little bit of itinerary issues, the warmth and expertise of our tour Manager made this a fantastic trip. If you are lucky enough to have Jinal as your guide, you are in the best possible hands...!!!
