Mr. Crust Bakers

I’ve been a loyal customer of Mr. Crust for the past few years and usually like their outlets. But my recent visit to the Vijaynagar outlet really disappointed me. It was my birthday and I had gone there with friends to get a cake. While they were packing it, I was checking their cookies section and saw a cockroach inside the glass display counter where the cookies were kept. I immediately told the staff. They started wiping the shelf, but the cockroach just hid inside the rack and wasn’t even properly removed. What shocked me more was that they kept the same cookie containers back in the same place and continued as if nothing happened. A cockroach was literally moving around there. How can those items still be sold? I generally find Mr. Crust outlets clean and hygienic, but after seeing this, I honestly started wondering about the kitchen hygiene as well, because if cockroaches are visible in the display area, what must be happening behind the scenes?

My experience with Mr. Crust Bakers in Ashok Vihar was terrible. The pastries I bought were clearly spoiled, with a foul smell and visible signs of decay, suggesting a major hygiene problem. When I raised my concerns, the staff were unhelpful, and there seems to be no proper process for handling customer complaints, leaving customers with no recourse when a serious issue like this arises

The food was terrible. The atmosphere was also not good. Everything felt stale. We got the Nutella role and it was extremely poor quality. We had high hopes but it was severely underwhelming.
