Guys, let me start of by saying that I'm extremely happy and impressed with Flower Hut and Mr Sunil! It's quite a story if you have a moment to read this review... I'm from Mumbai, I needed to send Valentine's day flowers to my brother's wife who is currently in Delhi while my brother is currently in London. Being the doofus my brother is, (like all men lol) he completely forgot it was Valentine's day and at the very last minute at 6pm he asked me if it's possible to send his wife flowers! I checked the usual suspects like Ferns n Petals, but none of those online flower places were doing same day delivery as it was too late in the day. I typed on Google "flower delivery in Delhi", mind you, I haven't been to Delhi in decades. I came across a few places with decent reviews, but my trust issues kept me on edge. Ordering flowers from an unknown place in an unknown location sounded risky to me. I still thought to myself, I don't want my brother to lose face in front of his wife so I have to make this happen for him! I called up a few places and wasn't happy with any, some were rude, some didn't seem interested, and then I called Flower Hut and spoke to Mr Sunil. In the first few seconds I already felt at ease, he was very helpful, quickly understood my requirement and despite it being rush hour on Valentine's Day, he heard my story, sent me options on WhatsApp, confirmed the order and had it delivered in about an hour! I was so impressed! So happy with the way he communicated with me and executed the delivery! Everything went very smoothly and my unsuspecting sister-in-law was smiling "cheek to cheek" (in the words of my brother) when she recieved the flowers which I don't think she expected! It was one of the most beautiful bouquet's I've seen! Even better than what I expected! I'm from Mumbai, but Delhi peeps, if you have any flower needs, please use Flower Hut! They are truly exceptional and will go above and beyond to meet your flower needs! Thank you Flower Hut and Mr Sunil!
The team was kind enough to tell me real time updates. There were few changes in the color which I understand. Most brands don't even update you. Quality is really good and delivery was hassle free. Overall a smooth experience. 5 stars
I recently purchased from Flowers Hut, after my experience and ruined at many other places, this company was different. They suggested the best flowers to order based on season and I was very happy with the end product. Overall a very happy experience. Definitely worth trying
