I used to be a regular customer here, but lately, everything has gone downhill — the quality, the owner’s attitude, and even the overall vibe. The place often smells bad, so I stopped visiting. Once, I forgot to add an extra kulcha to my Zomato order and called to include it, willing to pay separately. The owner tried to charge me double just because the order was through Zomato, even though I was a regular. The food quality has dropped a lot too — the chole are bland and disappointing. Sad to see this place go from one of the best to one of the worst.
The place is neat and well maintained. However, the food was just average and didn’t have much flavor—nothing special. Service was quite slow. Overall, it’s an okay place, but it didn’t really live up to the hype.
Their pricey paneer kulcha hardly had any paneer!!! Showed it to the owner but he didn't acknowledge! Sharing here so that others can decide.
