As my 7-day stay comes to an end today, I would like to express my appreciation for the wonderful experience at Peerless Hotel. The hospitality extended by the staff throughout my stay was warm, professional, and attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay both pleasant and relaxing. The hotel's location is convenient, and the overall ambiance is welcoming. The food quality was good, with a variety of options available. What stood out the most was the courteous behavior of the staff, who were always ready to assist with a smile. Thank you to the entire team at Peerless Hotel for making my stay memorable. I look forward to staying here again in the future and would gladly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers visiting the city. To name a few staff,Mr Pradipta took all the pain to arrange for a Peerless branding sticker as souvenir which I will cherish all through my life. Stayed at The Peerless Inn on Christmas Eve (Dec 24) and had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. The hotel had a nice festive atmosphere with live music, which added to the evening. Initially, there was a small issue with the booked room, but Mr. Raj at the reception handled it very professionally and helped us upgrade to a Club Room after clearly explaining the options and charges. The room was clean, newly done, and well prepared, and the complimentary tea was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was good with a pleasant ambience despite the Christmas crowd. One small improvement area would be bed comfort, which could be better when compared to premium brands. Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel in Kolkata. With minor improvements, it can be an excellent choice. Special thanks to Mr. Raj for the great service.
