The Alizi Spa behind 32nd milestone is mediocre at best. The check in procedure is the opposite of relaxing. The options are not clearly listed and they expect payment before any service is given. The rooms are small, cramped, and cold. There is attached shower, The steam room is attached and also perfectly working at all, but they charge for it unless you ask for compensation. They offer a 15 minute foot massage or 15 minute head massage in return. Finally, the check out process is smooth. The bill is clear about the therapy and charges.
