Shantai Hotel

Had a wonderful experience at Hotel Shantai! The hotel offers a very comfortable and peaceful stay with excellent hospitality. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. The food was delicious and the location is very convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a perfect combination of comfort, service, and value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pune! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I visit this place quite regularly, as a Event Attendee. Hence I can comment as a Seminar Hall attendee. 👍The location is good, though in city, the lane is Cool. Near to station, airport ( comparatively ) and main city, balanced. This is the USP The Seminar halls are Okay like. They should be more accoustically designed. Food for breakfast is not that great. They do not have the continental options. Okay Like. Rest of the things are okay.

The Shantai Hotel, located in the heart of Pune, offers an excellent stay complemented by two outstanding restaurants. Cinnamon serves delicious Indian cuisine, while the trendy outdoor Raasta provides a relaxed setting with continental options. We stayed for four days in a comfortable, well-appointed room. The staff were consistently attentive and thoughtful — an iron and hairdryer were delivered promptly on request, and when we mentioned enjoying guava fruit in the evenings, the team kindly cut it up and delivered it to our room. The workspace was ideal for laptop use, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the en-suite bathroom had strong hot water at all times. A kettle with tea, coffee, sugar, and sweeteners was replenished daily. Overall, it was a genuinely enjoyable and comfortable stay, made special by the warmth and care of the hotel staff.
