Shangri-La Eros New Delhi

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is quite upscale from what we're used to but the entire staff was very accommodating and kind, especially to our children. We had a small accident happen to one of our children and the staff was so attentive, followed up with us twice to make sure our child was okay. It was very appreciated. The hotel has so many amenities. The pool is wonderful, albeit there's lots of traffic noise, but it's Delhi so that's expected. Food was wonderful, with a lot of variety. I can recommend a car hire for a day trip around Delhi, prices are decent for the time. We highly recommend for it's comfort and amazing hospitality.

From traditional Indian sweets to modern pastries and desserts, everything looked tempting and tasted fresh. Ending the meal with dessert felt like the perfect finale to an already indulgent experience. Service at Tamra deserves special mention. The staff was courteous, attentive, and quick to respond without being intrusive. They made sure our table was comfortable, guided us through the buffet options, and handled requests efficiently, which really enhanced the overall experience.

What impressed me most was how he noticed that I love coffee and made sure that our room was always stocked with fresh coffee and everything we needed. Jitendra is incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. Every time he saw us in the hallway, he greeted us with a friendly smile and asked how we were doing and whether there was anything else he could do for us. His genuine kindness and dedication to exceptional customer service made us feel truly cared for. Employees like Jitendra are a tremendous asset to Shangri-La.
