ITC Gardenia, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bengaluru

What an amazing hotel. The staff was so welcoming and polite. Everyone does namaste whenevwr they see you. Very quiet. Breakfast buffet had the largest spread one can imagine ever. Pratik Kumar helped a couple of days. Room entertainment system is good. Could cast from my phone easily. Wifi works well and didn't have to reconnect every day so that's good. Water pressure in shower was good too. Front desk Ankita or Anita and Nonu or Nanu were helpful as well.

Thanks ITC Gardenia for great stay. I stayed here for my anniversary and the room and service, staff, food everything was amazing. Although it is bit pricy but really worth it. The rooms are really good, spacious, would have been great if more channels are there on TV. The bathroom were nice and big with all the toiletries provided. Bed and pillows were really comfy. Ipad is provided for all the in room control, TV, lights, food menu and order etc. The Cajsa restaurant food was good. I had the 7 course dinner and was excellent. Some dishes were fine but overall it was nice experience. Kudos to chef Vashnita ( sorry if name is incorrect), for amazing dishes and incorporating any changes as well. The room decoration was done for anniversary celebration, along with cake, it was really beautiful and amazing, special shout out to Miss Sebanti, who was really great in helping and customizing the whole experience and making it more personal. Overall, I'll highly recommend the stay here.

I visited Bengaluru for 2 nights and stayed here . I was initially in 21 floor but there was a ton of construction noise , which timed perfectly with my jet lag. I requested a new room and they moved me to 17th. No issues on day one but I heard noise again in the afternoon. I had plans to be out so didn’t bother to go down. Beds were cozy, decor on point and overall nice ambience. The breakfast buffet had an amazing selection and variety, very attentive staff on day one ( Saturday) but on Sunday it was bit busier and I had to wait for several minutes to get my kulcha and chole order . After 20 minutes my kulcha came but no sign of chole, I had to remind them. Same with coffee, they tried their best but for the price and the purpose of my visit I felt it was not worth it for me. Staff were very friendly and polite . Everyone seemed very polite and very hardworking. Food- I ordered margarita pizza which tasted very average, I didn’t expect pizzas like what they serve in the US but hoped it would be good. Location is spot on, decor was great and friendly staff but my bad luck was the constant noise when I was there.
