Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spotless, the staff was warm and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Great location and excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again.
I wonder who are the people who write these reviews. We hosted a Sunday buffet lunch for family. We usually do it at J W Kitchen when visiting from the US. We did at ITC for a change. It was a bad idea. The buffet area is narrow and small with people falling over each other. The tables were cramped with no room to push back chairs. Why would a hotel that claims to be 5 star run such a poor restaurant? The food was tasteless and lacked any variety. The biriyani was tasteless. The fish curry was cooked with a small fish full of bones. The only fresh food section was frying omelettes for lunch! And making mediocre pao bhaji. The mocktail was a mockery. In Kolkata they could not serve Misti doi, but served a bland firni instead. The only good section was the dessert. Don't go there, the city has other options.
