I had a very good experience during my gallstone surgery treatment. The doctors ( Doctor Vinay Bhat and team)explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The laparoscopic surgery went smoothly, and the care provided by the nurses and hospital staff was excellent. They were very supportive, polite, and attentive at every step. The hospital facilities were clean and well maintained. I recovered faster than expected and am thankful for the professional treatment and care I received. But admission and insurance process is very Time Consuming and EXHAUSTING. Highly recommended for anyone seeking treatment for gallstone issues.

I wish I can add negative reviews to this place because it's that bad and unreliable. If you value your time and life, you better AVOID this place. Deficiency of service, no patient care or concern, mismanagement, miscommunication, no process and procedure and complete lack of empathy. This particularly for the radiology department who likes to make patients wait for minimum 5-7 hours for scans.I'm appalled this place has such high rating and reviews. Now I understand deep pockets can buy anything except actual sevice to patients. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Excellent service with complete transparency—there were no hidden charges. Punam Kumari was extremely supportive and available even at midnight whenever we needed assistance. The staff and doctors- Dr Vinay Bhatt and Dr Sahana were truly caring and professional. I had previously visited Apollo but did not have a good experience, as it felt very commercial. In contrast, this hospital genuinely prioritized my care and looked after me exceptionally well.
