Our experience was utterly disappointing and we also gave first hand feedback to the staff as well there but no action was taken. As we entered we found a cockroach near our given table, a staff member killed it with his shoe and left it there! Next, when we asked for onion that was part of our dish-paneer tikka, the waiter didn’t bring it even after multiple requests. One of us accidentally spilled a little water on the table and floor but no one cleaned it. A water spill was left unattended for nearly 30 minutes despite multiple requests to different staff as seen in the picture. This was too much! I had requested a sofa seat but was told none is available even though seats were clearly empty. Please don’t order coffee here as it was served in poor-quality utensils and tasted very bad. Overall table service and manners were not up to the mark. The cutlery was lying directly on the table as seen in the picture. This is not what you expect from a 5 star hotel and a big name like Hyatt I hope management takes corrective action to improve the standards. This was our second visit here. Although the first one was also not very impressive :( Will not recommend it to anyone specially if you’re going with family or a guest. They will leave you embarrassed

An international buffet and à la carte restaurant located inside a hotel in New Delhi. The prices are quite high, but the food was decent overall. Since I couldn’t decide which Indian dishes to try, I went for the buffet — there was a wide selection of Indian cuisine, so I sampled a little bit of everything. The flavors were rich and full of spices, and most importantly, everything was clean and well-presented. The Chinese dishes were fine, and there was also some Italian food. I especially loved the pizza — it seemed to use an Indian-style dough that was soft and pleasantly chewy, not tough at all. It was honestly one of the best dough-based dishes I’ve had! The service was excellent. After I finished eating and was about to leave, a staff member kindly suggested that I try the ice cream and desserts first — and I’m glad they did! There was a huge variety of ice cream flavors, plus large cakes that the chef would slice for you. The desserts were nice, and the selection overall was really impressive. 🍛🍕🍨✨
