⭐ Authentic Wood-Fired Sourdough Pizza in Pune – Highly Recommended Had a fantastic dining experience at Si Nonna’s Pizza, NIBM. If you’re looking for something close to authentic Italian-style pizza in Pune, this place is definitely worth visiting. We started with the Chicken, Mozzarella & Pesto Croquettes and Garlic Sourdough. The croquettes were perfectly crisp outside with a rich, creamy filling of chicken, mozzarella, and pesto. The garlic sourdough was excellent, you can really taste the quality since they make their sourdough bread in-house. For the main course, we tried their special chicken pizza of the day, which was freshly wood-fired and absolutely delicious. The sourdough base was light, airy, slightly chewy, and had that beautiful smoky flavor from the wood-fired oven. Their 12-inch pizzas are ideal for two people when paired with a starter. The service was exceptional. One of the staff members, Shubh, patiently explained the menu and even showed pictures of the dishes, which helped us decide quickly. The team also checked in a couple of times after serving the food to ensure everything was good. Tanay, who assisted us during billing, was polite and friendly and suggested trying their fresh sourdough breads. You could also clearly see the enthusiasm and passion from the kitchen and service team, which reflects in the quality of the food and overall experience. Overall, a great place for wood-fired sourdough pizzas, good service, and a warm dining experience. Definitely recommended if you’re visiting NIBM and craving authentic pizza in Pune. 🍕

The food, the ambience, the service, everything at this place is too good. Loved the food. They do have authentic pizza. I tried Sourdough pizza and garlic bread along with tiramisu. A little heads up to Muslim crowd, before ordering anything please read through the ingredients because I saw RUM was written in the ingredients of Tiramisu, but when inquired the chef he said they don't add it in the Tribeca street's branch. Apart from that a big thumbs up from my side! 😊
