The gym has a very positive and energetic environment. All machines are well maintained and the place is clean and spacious. The trainers are friendly and helpful, especially for beginners. Overall, it’s a great place to work out. trainer is very professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. He explains each exercise clearly and focuses on correct posture and form. His motivation really helps in staying consistent and achieving results. Highly recommended trainer Kunal. The morning yoga session at the gym is very good. The yoga trainer is knowledgeable, supportive, and guides each pose properly and very well conducted. They help improve flexibility, focus, and overall well-being. Highly recommended Raman.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this gym. I joined on January 15 and purchased the Ultimate Pro membership for 4 months worth ₹7500. I paid ₹4000 in advance at the time of joining. Unfortunately, shortly after joining, I suffered from a serious medical condition. Due to doctor’s advice I was strictly told to avoid gym activity until full recovery. Because of this, I did not attend the gym even once. Not a single workout. Not a single visit. I never used their facilities or services. When I contacted the gym team and explained my medical situation, I requested a refund since the membership had not been used at all. Instead of showing any understanding, the team kept delaying the conversation. At one point I was told we could “discuss after Holi” since they are part of a gym chain. Now they have stopped responding to messages and calls. When they finally answered once, the response was rude and direct: “We don’t refund.” I understand businesses have policies. But basic ethics and customer understanding should matter too. This is a genuine medical situation and the membership was never used even once. As someone who is already dealing with medical bills and financial stress, this experience has been extremely frustrating. I hope the management reconsiders situations like this in the future and treats customers with more empathy.
