Appointment system can be a bit more streamlined, sometimes the wait time is too long. Unknown wait times make us unsure of our other commitments. I had undergone ICL surgery in both eyes, which was successfully performed by Dr. Vardhaman Kankariya. I later had another surgery for lens rotation which was done with no charge but shouldn't have occurred. Following my post-operative investigations, I was advised to take three Eylea injections for branch retinal vein occlusion in my right eye. Two of them were painless but the last one was very slightly painful. I am now feeling much more comfortable, and my vision has improved by nearly 60%, which has made a significant difference in my daily life. The overall experience at the hospital was good. The services were well organized, and the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility were outstanding. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The prices are a little bit too high for me. I wouldn't call it affordable. I would recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality eye care treatment.

We are extremely happy with the results — her vision is perfect post-surgery and she has experienced no pain at all. Dr. Kankariya is very sweet, sympathetic, and incredibly supportive. A special mention to Mr. Joshi, who counselled my mother wonderfully and helped build her confidence before the procedure. The hospital is very clean and well maintained.
