Worst designer and worst drawings, even after multiple sites visits , measurements are captured wrong. Never go with them we are suffering from a month correcting all the design flaws wasting our time and money. We are the ones doing quality checks and sitting with vendors and correcting all the design flaws. They are bothered only until we make full payment, it is better to rely on vendors who are more capable than livspace designers. We don’t want to waste our time anymore sending emails to livspace care we are done with livspace and would tell everyone not to go with livspace Project id: 3525037. Worst false ceiling, when the fan runs it is chipping and falling on the dinning table. Cracks even before handover. Broken trims and defective trims are installed. Wooden work finishing is pathetic. Our biggest mistake of life is to give our interior work to livspace. Please don’t ever go with livspace. They are least bothered about anything after payment, they are only bothered about their deadlines and asks you to make payment by eod but they will never respond on the defects. Pathetic painters, after sitting with them and correcting this is the quality
It’s been two months and my refund has not been processed, please think twice if you are planning to go with livspace. They are just hopeless, they don’t respond, they don’t pock up your calls, and even if they do, they keep making fake promises, zero transparency. Consumer case was also filed for which they didnt respond even after two reminders. If you think big brands are more responsible, probably we are all wrong. There are other small interior firms that are more responsible and transparent!
By any chance don’t fall under the trap of LIVSPACE there execution and service is worst from last 7 months doing follow-up to complete my project by doing full payment. Below are the epics of LIVSPACE alignments and 1 unit yet to complete execution local Modular’s are far better than so called LIVSPACE also don’t believe in 10 year warranty that is again a trap
