Terrible hospital experience! Lost my cat Himu due to poisoning. Took him in, but wrong meds and treatment led to his passing. Looks like they care more about money than patients. Need better-trained doctors, not students or trainees. Government, please take action! 👍 Pets are not just animals, they're part of the family. We need to treat them properly. Many of us have complained about wrong medication and over-dosing, something needs to change.
Helpful people everywhere including the ward boys, security personnel, doctor, support staff, cleaners etc. Took my mongrel for vaccination for the first time and I was clueless as to where I should go for registration. I was guided promptly by the security personnel and I was redirected to the queue. Next I was waiting to check the vaccination status and it was quick too after I was guided by a helpful human to pay the vaccination fee, I paid the fee there. Next the doctor called me and in a jiffy he vaccinated my puppy and told me the next due date. Main things to be noted : never let your dog sniff, lick or do anything on the hospital premises as it will be very infectious inspite of the fact that the sweepers will clean the place from time to time. It is wise to go during the early time of the day to reduce the wait time.
Good Treatment & good maintanence clean.. makes us to relax & comfortable after watching the way they treating our pets as their own ❤️
