From registration to sample collection and report delivery, everything is handled efficiently and professionally. The staff is cooperative, and the overall experience is quick and hassle-free. 👏 However, I would sincerely suggest avoiding the usage of single-use plastic or paper glasses for water. Reducing disposable plastic usage would make the center even more responsible and environmentally friendly. Small sustainable steps can create a big positive impact. 🌿 Overall, a great experience with a hope for more eco-conscious practices in the future.
Sample collection area very small , full of crowded people need to wait 40 min to give blood sample.After reaching the desk patient left unattended and went from other work. Very Worst Experience. Not expected from this centre.
Today, I had the opportunity to visit Vijaya Diagnostic Centre for an NCV test, and I would like to sincerely appreciate the exceptional care and professionalism shown by technician Soumya. From the beginning of the procedure, she ensured that I was comfortable and at ease throughout the test. What truly stood out was her calm and reassuring approach — she continuously engaged in polite conversation and gently diverted my attention whenever I felt uncomfortable or anxious during the procedure. She repeatedly checked on my well-being and made sure I was doing okay at every stage of the test. Most importantly, her patience, caring attitude, and service with a genuine smile made the entire experience far more comfortable and pleasant than I had expected. Such dedication towards patient care truly deserves appreciation and recognition. I sincerely thank Soumya and the team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre for providing such a positive patient experience.
