13th feb 2026. Time 4:40pm I received a massage service here, but my experience was very disappointing. The staff is not professional at all, and the service quality was very poor. It was a waste of both money and time. I will never come here again or recommend it to anyone."

The entrance was shady and didn’t inspire trust. When I got inside the center, there was a blue light that kept blinking, it made me feel so uncomfortable, as if I was in a night club. The only reason I stayed was because it was too late for me to find another provider and also because of the 200 five-star reviews I saw about this place. I asked for recommendations about which type of massage I should take, they didn’t explain to me patiently but rather rushed through the decision process by indicating one without explaining further. I felt like they were interested more in my money than trying to build a relationship with me as a customer or try to understand my needs. The massage was good, she was applying diligently and went through all body parts except the head. But instead of trying to build a relationship with my body, I felt like she was merely applying what she knew. 3700 rupees were largely overcharged. They included shower which was good, but she locked me from the outside and left the room. I couldn’t get out of the shower for five minutes and panicked. It would have been better to not lock the bathroom door from the outside as I can lock it from the inside or she should have stayed in the room when I was showering and opened the door upon my request. After the shower I also expressed my concern, that my little finger that she cracked was hurting. And she just dismissed my concern saying it was nothing. Until today my finger has not completely recovered. When I was done and about to leave, they wanted me to write a five-star review immediately. You can’t do this to a customer, you can politely ask for a review but can’t demand it to be written immediately and above all you can’t try to influence my rating, this is interfering with my freedom. Certainly this is due to cultural difference but still it is worth mentioning. On my way back, I was wondering how they got 200 five-star reviews and I started scrolling down the reviews and found out there were the same sentences across the five-star reviews. Then I understood that they must have asked for all their friends to do this in order to cover up the other negative reviews left by customers. This is what I most disliked : the dishonesty. If you get negative reviews from customers, you should try to ask for feedback and improve your services rather than “inventing” five-star reviews. अपना काम ईमानदारी से करना चाहिए
