The Hospital is clean and the environment is also Good. Staffs and security were always Ready to help. One of the Better things is the Booking System of this Hospital, it was well managed and patients linked with their phone numbers make it easier to make an Appointment. Plus, Mr Dr Biblap Ghosh is very smart and friendly person
Hello everyone, I visited this hospital🏨 first time in month of July and if I talk about this hospital then it is one of the best hospitals in Mukundpur kolkata because there was variety of hospitals are there in kolkata but if you come to know the cost of treatment then definitely RNT narayana hospital is perfect. My aunt had filariasis and from many places we all just wandering and wandering but this one was different....the dr. Shyamal das has free slot due to this we were taken appointment for him . One thing was best there's staff who literally help you regarding anything...as I'm hindi speaker but majority of kolkata people prefer bengali language but staffs are very polite and talk to you in your comfortable language. From everything taking appointment having lab report they all are supportive. There was proper toilet for male and female with proper cleaning and hygiene.🚻 Wheelchair accessibility for patients easily available with some staffs.🧑🦽🧑🦽 For patients family members there's a lounge and reception area where you easily wait. In hospital campus you have food options also .....I saw Nescafe stall and many food stall for serving you at low cost. Cost of treatment compare to other hospitals in Kolkata is quite less here. But don't be mean that if cost is less then treatment also not so good...wait ... treatment was great.🙂 I recommend the best department here was cardiology. Or one more thing I noticed here's that there's no photo click allowance in hospital campus.😀
