I recently visited a small restaurant called Malvan, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The food had an authentic Malvani flavor, with rich spices that made every dish stand out. I ordered the Veg Thali, which was priced at just ₹200, and it was absolutely worth it. The thali included Bharleli Vangi (stuffed brinjal), Malvani ussal, solkadi, gulab jamun, bhakri, and chapati — all freshly prepared and full of flavor. I have never liked brinjal before, but after tasting the Bharleli Vangi here, I was genuinely impressed — it completely changed my opinion! The restaurant itself is small, but very charming and cozy. The yellow-themed interior creates a warm and beautiful atmosphere that adds to the overall experience. The only small drawback was that the chapati was slightly cold, but everything else was excellent and made up for it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys homestyle food. Whether you are vegetarian or non-vegetarian, this place offers a delightful and authentic Malvani dining experience.
The thali was delicious 😋 and also the biryani that was ordered was really tasty. The chicken crispy was looking tempting and when we tasted it, it was yummy 😊. We will definately visit here again when we come near Andheri. Really liked the place ❤️🤗🥰....
Amazing authentic konkan food experience. Fish was fresh and delicious. It was a perfect blend of konkan spices. I highly recommend the surmai thali and ukdiche modak
