One of the most professional establishments I have ever experienced. Registration was effortless and was conducted in VIP lounge helped by attendants. Insurance eligibility was checked by hospital team and accordingly rooms were decided and we were moved into. We got private room and what a clean and spacious room it was with provision of one person from family staying along all the time. Food for patient was decided by dietician and food for accompanying person was left to chose from (may options and all healthy and tasty both). During the process of medical intervention the best of support was extended and efficiency was visible. Post surgery I stayed in CCU room and except the cacophony of alarms and buzzers and/or sisters and doctors barking commands for emergency situations, it was actually quite comfortable. After recovery, was given back Private room and it was so seamless. Even after discharge, the insurance cashless arrangement was with no intervention. We just get a text that it is approved and we should collect the bill. The complete experience was AMAZING.
The food was truly amazing and did not feel like hospital food at all—it was more like wholesome home-cooked meals. The level of cleanliness maintained throughout was excellent. The hospitality system was very well managed, and the staff spoke with great warmth, respect, and professionalism. Overall, it was a very comforting and positive experience.
I would like to share my feedback regarding the delay in the insurance and TPA process during my wife’s treatment. On 12th May 2026, around 5:00 PM, I submitted all the required documents at the Insurance/TPA Desk. However, I was disappointed to learn that the documents were forwarded to the insurance company only the next day. I would sincerely like to know why the process was not initiated on the same day, especially when insurance queries are a common and expected part of the procedure. Due to this delay, my patient had to suffer unnecessarily. We were finally admitted at 12:00 midnight on 13th May, and after admission, blood tests, ECG, X-ray, Echo, and other procedures continued until around 2:30 AM. There was barely any time to rest, as we had to prepare again for OT around 4:00 AM, and the patient was finally brought back from OT around 10:30 AM. It was an extremely exhausting and emotionally difficult experience for us. Another major concern is the heavy crowd and long waiting time at the TPA/Insurance Desk. Even for a conversation of just 1 minute, patients and family members are often forced to wait for nearly an hour. This is not acceptable in a hospital of such high reputation. Delays in communication and query responses are causing unnecessary stress and slowing down important medical processes. I humbly request the hospital management to increase manpower and expand the TPA/Insurance Desk facilities. Your hospital has earned a great reputation, and I believe improving this department will help maintain that trust and ensure patients do not suffer due to avoidable delays. Despite everything, I sincerely appreciate the doctors and medical team for their hard work and care. I only hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future patients and families
