First of all, the entire trip was withing my budget. I customised my hotels and stays accordingly and they did all bookings to transfers and activities, everything was well-organized, smooth, and stress-free exactly what one wants while traveling internationally. But what truly stood out was their exceptional customer support and dedication. So on our very first day, we were unfortunately 30 minutes late for our shared transfer. The cab had already left (which is completely understandable in shared bookings). We honestly thought we had missed it and would have to manage everything on our own. However, the company’s executive went above and beyond, something that rarely happens in travel services. They actually coordinated and managed to bring the cab back for us, ensuring we didn’t miss our plans. This was completely unexpected and showed their genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
