We went on a customised trip to Bhutan with WanderOn, in the second week of February to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned out to be a fun journey together. From the smooth arrival at Bagdogra to crossing into Phuentsholing (with easy permit and passport check-in process) and winding our way through the mountains to Thimphu, every transition felt thoughtfully planned. The drive through forests and waterfalls, the peaceful confluence at Chuzom, and the quiet charm of Thimphu set the tone for what Bhutan truly is - calm, grounded, and deeply spiritual (the Buddhist monasteries are wonderful). Our guide (Mr Kewal) was soft spoken and well informed, and quite helpful - helping us become aware of Buddhist culture and Bhutan's history. Some of our most beautiful moments were standing before the majestic Buddha Dordenma, walking through Punakha Dzong at the meeting point of the Mo Chhu and Po Chhu rivers, and sipping hot tea at Dochu La surrounded by mist and prayer flags. But the highlight was undoubtedly the Tiger’s Nest hike in Paro. Climbing together, step by step, through pine forests and finally seeing the monastery clinging to the cliff— it's hard but wonderful. The hot stone bath after wards is great. We also bought a lot of souvenirs (and phallus god symbols as well) on the last day - at reasonable prices. A special mention to our POC, Eshta, who was extremely responsive, patient, and attentive to every small detail. From pre-trip coordination to on-ground support, she made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Thanks, WanderOn, this was quite good. We now plan to visit Eastern Bhutan later some time.

Had an amazing Leh–Ladakh trip with WanderOn! The entire journey—from Leh, Nubra Valley, Turtuk, Pangong Lake, to Tso Moriri—was very well organized and hassle-free. The daily itinerary updates kept everyone informed and made the experience smooth and comfortable. Special thanks to Tanmay for the excellent coordination and support throughout the trip. Had an amazing experience with WanderOn on our McLeod–Bir–Tirthan trip. Honestly, it turned out to be one of the best trips I’ve had, even though nothing went exactly as per the itinerary. Sometimes the unplanned moments make the best memories, and this trip was proof of that. A big shoutout to our trip captains, Azaz and Abhishek. They were extremely supportive, friendly, and always ready to help. They managed every situation calmly and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included throughout the journey. Despite the changes and challenges, the vibe of the group and the efforts of the captains kept the energy high. We laughed, explored, and created memories that I’ll cherish for a long time. The trip never felt stressful because everything was handled so well. Overall, this trip exceeded my expectations. WanderOn truly knows how to turn obstacles into unforgettable experiences. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fun, well-managed, and memorable travel experience. 😊
