Five months ago, I purchased my new Royal Enfield Classic 350 and visited C3 Car Care Center to get PPF (Paint Protection Film) installed. They quoted me ₹14,000 for Garware PPF and assured me of good quality. After installation, I noticed several serious issues: • They never called me for maintenance or any follow-up service. • There was no after-sales support. • When I inspected the work properly, I found that the rear mudguard was only half covered with PPF, and the remaining half was left unfinished. When I complained, they agreed to fix it. However, during rectification, they again used the same cheap-quality Garware product. Worse, they created visible stretch marks on the film, which were clearly unacceptable. When I raised the issue again, instead of accepting their mistake, they told me that “this is how the finishing will be.” They even tried to justify their poor work by saying their staff is from Kuwait and Dubai, which is completely irrelevant to the poor workmanship. The owner, Amit, behaved extremely rudely and unprofessionally. Instead of resolving the issue respectfully, he argued aggressively and even gave indirect threats. His behavior towards a customer who paid hard-earned money was shocking and unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before visiting C3 Car Care Center. If you value your hard-earned money and expect professional service, please avoid this place.
