Loved my experience here. I did multiple treatments in one session and felt genuinely taken care of from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the providers were attentive, and treatments were done with care. Dr. Apratim & Dr. Nidhi did a great job explaining the various types of options & future recommendations. The space itself is clean, and has a nice feel. Even right after the treatments (when some redness is expected), I felt reassured and confident in the aftercare guidance. I really appreciated the great customer service during the whole experience there and walked away feeling confident in the technology utilized along with expected results. Overall it felt thoughtful, professional, and results-focused. Would definitely recommend and would come back again.
