I had a wonderful stay at Residency Hotel Fort, Mumbai, and it truly stands out as one of the best 3-star hotels in the city. Located in the heart of South Mumbai’s heritage district, the hotel offers excellent connectivity to major attractions like Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, Gateway of India, and Colaba, making it an ideal choice for both tourists and business travelers. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, tea/coffee maker, and a minibar. While the rooms may feel slightly compact, they are thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality. Daily housekeeping ensures a neat and hygienic environment throughout the stay. One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is the service. The staff is extremely polite, professional, and always ready to assist, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in and check-out process is smooth, and the 24-hour front desk adds convenience for travelers arriving at any time. The complimentary breakfast buffet is another plus point, offering a good variety of dishes to start the day. The in-house dining options are decent, and room service is prompt and efficient. In terms of value for money, Residency Hotel Fort delivers beyond expectations. With its prime location, reliable service, and comfortable stay experience, it offers a perfect balance between affordability and quality. It’s especially ideal for short stays, business trips, or anyone looking to explore Mumbai without overspending.

The staff are lovely and the breakfast is very good. But our room isn't. It's a Club Room in the annex building and is on the main floor, right beside the elevator and not far from the entrance to the building. It's the only room on the ground floor. We hear a lot of noise from the elevator late at night and very early in the morning and also from the hallway throughout the night. Also, the room has no window. Dead cockroach doesn't help the situation. We are 2 nights into a 3 night stay. Avoid room 410!

The hotel. Is very centrally located to transport and shops.. The room. Is very neat but tiny for me... It can get claustrophobic... That's just me. The staff are just phenomenal... The service extraordinary. From the front desk reception manager Roshan and managers to the concierge Rajesh and Gopaul. They constantly checked on you and assisted in any way they could. Wonderful experience.
