The service at Oryza is excellent. The masseuse was really good and was very considerate. She gave the right amount of pressure and targeted the areas that I had pain. The body massage was overall more than great. I would highly recommend Oryza Day Spa and Salon!!
Note to the owner that the parking area in front of your shop is a public space and not your own property. You watchman has spoken abusive words for parking. It is solely your duty to control your men. I never expected this from oryza staff as I have visited other branches and the staffs are well behaved.I hope you give him a good lesson on behavior, especially while wearing an office uniform.
I’ve been a regular client at Oryza and genuinely enjoy the quality of their services. The massage therapists and staff who provide the treatments are pretty good. Unfortunately, the front desk and concierge experience are consistently disappointing. The reason I often hesitate to go back, despite having paid for a membership, is because of this. The lack of accommodation and attention at the desk takes away from the overall experience. For someone who visits regularly, it’s disheartening to feel that client concerns aren’t acknowledged or addressed. It often feels like everything is reduced to a transaction. Pay, take the service, and that’s it. When a place positions itself as premium, the experience has to extend beyond just the procedures. If the front desk service doesn’t improve, it will not bring in more business in the long run, no matter how good the actual treatments are.
