I have really enjoyed classes with Meenakshi maam and sir.I was struggling with frozen shoulder.Through these weeks of practice and guidance and encouragement,I feel rejuvenated after every session and no longer struggle with stiff and frozen shoulder. I have also enjoyed being a part of the community where we meet people from varied ages and backgrounds come together for our united love for physical and mental wellbeing. I have cultivated friendships and our sessions are filled with laughter and comfort.I will definitely recommend these classes to everyone who is looking to start, continue or expand their yoga journey.
