I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their hard work, dedication, and truly excellent care, which finally helped me smile again without fear. To begin with, I have always been the kind of person who keeps postponing dental visits due to anxiety. Because of this, I unfortunately ended up with multiple dental issues in almost all my teeth. I had already undergone several RCTs in other clinics, but I never felt fully confident or comfortable—until I came here. What I appreciate the most about this clinic is their holistic approach. Instead of focusing only on the problematic tooth, they look at the overall condition and work towards long-term, complete healing. I first approached them because of a broken tooth. They immediately took action and started the RCT treatment without making me wait or requiring antibiotics beforehand, which was a huge relief. After addressing my immediate problem, they asked me to take a complete X-ray so they could assess the overall condition of my teeth. They then prepared a full, structured treatment plan that included veneers, Re-RCT, fillings, fluoride polishing, and more. This gave me tremendous confidence that I was finally receiving treatment that addressed the root cause, not just temporary fixes. Most of my treatments were handled by Dr. Swarna, who did my RCTs, Re-RCT fillings, regular fillings, and cleaning. She is extremely gentle, soft-spoken, and caring in her approach. She completes even complex procedures in such a smooth way that you don’t even realise how much work has been done. She also explained everything—including brushing technique, the type of toothpaste to use, flossing methods, and long-term care tips—which helped me understand how to maintain my teeth better. What impressed me the most was how effortlessly she administered local anesthesia; she gives it so gently that you don’t even feel it. All my treatments were done without pain, and her positive, smiling attitude truly makes the experience stress-free. I sincerely wish her all success in her career. Dr. Praveen, who handled the Re-RCT procedures for me, is also an exceptionally kind and welcoming doctor. He greets patients with a warm smile, which helps reduce anxiety instantly. Re-RCTs are usually painful and difficult because of inflammation, but he performed them so smoothly that I hardly felt any discomfort. Despite the complexity of my case, I didn’t have to take any painkillers or antibiotics throughout the entire treatment—something I had never experienced before. His confidence, precision, and gentle approach made a huge difference. Dr. Divya, the cap specialist, deserves equal appreciation. She measured each tooth with so much patience and skill, carefully matching the crown sizes and shades with my natural teeth. Her attention to detail ensured that the caps fit perfectly on the very first attempt, with no gaps and no need for corrections. In fact, the final result looked even better than the AI-generated preview I was shown earlier! Her craftsmanship gave my smile a completely new and natural look. Overall, my experience at this clinic has been extremely positive. Every doctor took the time to explain each step with X-rays and pictures, so I always knew what was happening and why. Visited for my son's dental check-up with Dr. Divya Mukundan and had a really good experience. The clinic is very kids friendly, both the environment and the staff made my child feel comfortable from the beginning. Dr. Divya was very patient and gentle during the check-up and explained toddler dental care clearly, which was very reassuring for me as a parent.
