This is the second time at this Hotel, Once in 2024 and this year had been my second and will the last. Bringing the family over for them to have a once in a lifetime experience had been an incorrect experience. 2024: brought the entire family and had so many grievances that were not met or compensated. From carpets being dirty, to mold in the room, the room phone not working, to essentials in the bathrooms not properly filled. Mediocre hotel and not 5 star. Escalated the issue all the way to "The Resident Manager". Was promised the next time will be an immaculate experience(Total BS) 2026, Checked in and from the get go a disaster. Poor service standards, food quality going cahoots. At the time of check in specifically mentioned if the service standards are good, I might extend the stay beyond the originally planned. Ended up leaving a day ahead out of the hotel. One would think that second time is a charm but not in this case Never coming back to this property. No wonder it looks like a GHOST TOWN Location Great Food Average Service Average Rooms Poor Quality of products in the room Very Poor(Feels like cheap plastic)
We have visited there for a official meeting and conclave. The hotel is located on the prime spot and luxurious hotel close to the amenities of the city. The rooms and halls are fantastic and gives you a great feeling. The space is huge and there are lots of rooms and space for other things as well. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. The common bathrooms and lobby areas are clean and well maintained. The paintings are beautiful and gives nice interior. It’s a luxurious stay within the city and close to airport.
Stayed at ITC Grand Chola and the experience was top-notch. The rooms were luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The swimming pool area was super chill and perfect to relax. What really stood out was the staff. Every single person was very professional and gave genuine individual attention, which made the stay feel special. Breakfast at Madras Pavilion was an absolute banger. Amazing variety, great quality, and everything tasted on point. Overall, a classy and memorable stay. Would definitely visit again.
