This yoga studio is amazingly helpful, if you are Target to meet your personal fitness goal. Ritu ma'am is a great yoga instructor, deeply involved in everyone's yoga journey. Multiple batches are being run, 5 days a week, both online and offline. People who join online are given equal attention and Ritu ma'am invests her full efforts with utmost honesty, to help you become better at flexibility, balancing and strength. Overall a 5 star yoga studio, join in, without a second thought and you won't regret the decision.
Great classes, great teacher. Ritu knows how to adjust the poses if you have injuries (or if you're not flexible, like me), respects your limits, has a very varied repertoire. Every classe, I learn a new pose. Ritu even teaches how to do a head stand! Great alternative to help stretch and relax the muscles after a hard workout. There is always a little meditation period at the end of the class that I really enjoy, awesome way to finish the day.
I Can't imagine a single day without Yoga with Ritu Mam .Refreshing voice, full enthusiastic personality ,positive vibes .It’s full package of body,mind and soul .Enjoyed yoga everytime .Thankew Mam for being with me as my yoga instructor 😍
