Worst Laundry Experience Ever I had the most terrible experience with Laundry King Bhawanipore, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from them. First, they failed to pick up my order on time. Someone called at 11 AM (20/11/2015) saying they were “about to come”, but nobody arrived. If they cannot even manage a simple pickup, how can anyone expect timely delivery? After taking the order, they kept giving false promises. The due date mentioned clearly was 28 Nov, but even after repeated reminders, they didn’t deliver. Every response was either “Wait sir”, “Tomorrow positively”, or no reply at all. The lack of communication is unbelievable. What makes it worse is their attitude — They ignore messages, delay without any explanation, and behave like the customer’s time doesn’t matter. And after all this delay and harassment, the final shock: The quality of carpet washing was nowhere close to what they charged. For the price they took, I expected professional cleaning, but the carpet came back looking almost the same. Absolutely not worth the money. This was my first and last order with them. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, please avoid this place at all costs. Completely unreliable, unprofessional, and not worth even a single star.

I have placed an order on 28 nov 25 the delivery date as promised was on 05th Dec 25 and today date is 09th Dec 25. 4 Days gone but no any call received from your side. Dear all customers please be imformed that please please please dnt belive on this type of service provider and if you all are giving any order to them please change your service provider. I have not seen like this of third class service. Store: Please close all your outlets and start bagging outside.
