I had a very complicated and confusing issue with my 2012 Renault Duster diesel, and I’m genuinely thankful to Bhupinder for diagnosing it correctly and patiently. The car had recently undergone major work including clutch and DMF flywheel replacement. After that, I started facing intermittent engine warning lights, glow plug warnings, hesitation in first gear, poor pickup, delayed throttle response, limp-mode like behaviour and occasional starting trouble. At one stage, another roadside electrician even suggested that the ECU might be faulty, which would have led to a very expensive and unnecessary repair. Bhupinder approached the problem methodically instead of jumping to conclusions. He carefully checked the fault codes, inspected the wiring harness thoroughly and eventually traced the root cause to rat-damaged wiring affecting the crankshaft/engine speed sensor circuit. The issue was intermittent, which made it even harder to diagnose, but he persisted patiently instead of replacing parts blindly. After the wiring repair and sensor-related work, the difference in the car is dramatic — the pickup has improved vastly, throttle response is smooth again, first gear hesitation has disappeared and the car is now driving beautifully. What I appreciated most was: * systematic diagnosis instead of guesswork, * honesty and transparency, * refusal to push unnecessary ECU work, * and deep practical understanding of older diesel vehicles. Good mechanics who can actually diagnose electrical and sensor-related issues properly are becoming rare these days. Bhupinder earned my trust through competence and patience.
