Very disappointed with this massage centre. They charged me a whooping Rps 5900 and their service was horrendous low grade massage. Firstly to start with, I just walked in as it was a public holiday and I wanted a good massage. This is my first time at Blue Lounge and it will definitely be my last. I highly will encourage no one to go there as the lady who massaged me does not a thing about massage. Who pays Rps 5900 for a massage where you just apply oil and rub the legs/ body/ hands up and down..Even my maid can do that. The massage lady has no massage skills of any professional to be charged a customer Rps 5900. So so disappointing and felt totally robbed. The lady in the reception had no catalogue and no pricing, nothing black and white, no card or any booklet where the different types of massages are mentioned with their respective prices. She told me there is no pamphlet, catalogue or pricing booklet. This was utter shocking. Who runs a massage centre in this manner. I want to tell the owner of this massage centre that I was cheated Rps 5900 for the poorest service given by such an unprofessional worker. Please don’t do this
