Laundary King they provide one of the best laundary service in Kolkata,used their services earlier as well and was fully satisified.This time i gave a white jeans with tea stains and sweat stains for wash and they made my jeans like a brand new one.Their delivery agent is also very polite soft spoken.Would highly recommend Laundary King for laundary services.
I love their service they take good care of my clothes and expensive bags they make them as new the packaging is also good
The clothes continue to smell of perfume/sweat even after dry cleaning. I have shared this feedback with the staff multiple times, but no corrective action has been taken. On one occasion, a shirt was returned with spots that were not present when I gave it, and it took over a month for it to be cleaned and returned. On another occasion, the staff informed me that one of my jackets was torn. I specifically asked them not to clean it as I intended to discard it, yet it was still processed and added to my bill. Finally stopped using their service!
