Excellent service and highly trustworthy. We have worked with many other service providers, but their service was often disappointing. After being serviced by Druthi Cool Tech, all our ACs at The Glampies resort now operate smoothly. They efficiently resolved numerous issues and generously shared their expertise, teaching us how to troubleshoot minor problems ourselves. I strongly recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable AC installation and maintenance.
I had my AC serviced and I’m really satisfied with the overall experience. The price was very reasonable — much better than a couple of other quotes I got for the same service. Amito and Ajit were both nice and professional. The younger technician was a bit playful, but polite. They also went above and beyond by sealing up the AC hole with white cement, even though it wasn’t part of the job. I really appreciated that extra help. Overall, happy with their work and would recommend them! One downside: they accidentally broke my curtain holder while working, which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.
